Working visit of the Kemerovo Region Governor Aman Tuleyev to the Yaya oil refinery construction site

On July 21 the Kemerovo Region Governor Aman Tuleyev visited the site under construction "The Yaya oil refinery" (NPZ). Construction of the facility with a design capacity of 3 million tons per year began in September 2008.

Currently the construction of LPG storage is going to the end at the refinery site. Tanks for storage of crude oil and petroleum products, substation with capacity of 16 MW, the power line with length of 5 km, as well as warm and cold storage facilities for chemicals has been built.

Laying the foundations for the installation of basic equipment is completed, administrative and household plant with a total area of 2.6 thousand square meters is being commissioned, engineering infrastructure facilities are being constructed, railroad tracks between the station Sudzhenka and "the Yaya oil refinery" are being built the for transportation of petroleum products and equipment.

Investments of 3 billion rubles, or 20% of the planned volume of funding required to complete the first stage of the plant has been spent. 510 million rubles within a line of credit of the Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia has already provided. Total funding of Sberbank will be about 7.5 billion rubles, 3 billion of them is planned to spend in 2010. Overall lending period is 7 years.
