Izhorskiye Zavody, a part of the OMZ Group (united machine-building plants), by order of JSC NefteChemService will supply column and reactor equipment for the facility of a combined unit for processing straight-run gasoline fractions UK-1.
Under the terms of the supply contract, the total number of the column and reactor equipment will amount to 22 units. The total mass of equipment is about 830 tons.
Izhorskiye Zavody will manufacture two large-sized columns (deisopentanization and super deisohexanization). The obligations under the contract include not only manufacture of equipment, but also delivery by rail to the customer. In addition, specialists of Izhorskiye Zavod will perform assembly of columns at the customer construction site with their simultaneous installation in a vertical position onto prepared foundations.
Introduction of the combined processing unit for processing straight-run gasoline fractions UK-1 at the Yaya oil refinery will allow production of class 5 (Euro-5) motor gasoline.
