In order to provide housing for nonresident masters and improve the housing conditions of the people on the spots, the "NefteChemService" management team decided to build a 14-storey accommodation unit with a total area of more than 5 thousand square meters in Anzhero-Sudzhensk.
It will be the first unit of such a height in the city of Anzhero-Sudzhensk with a monolithic reinforced concrete earthquake-resistant frame.
All apartments of the unit have improved designing, so the area of a one-room apartment reaches to 53 sq. m. and a three-room apartment reaches to 96 sq. m. According to the design documentation, a children's playground, a sports ground and a large parking lot will be located in the adjacent territory.
Apartments for the Ya-Ya Refinery's employees is provided at a price twice lower than the market one and on concessionary terms. The apartment can be rented for a long-term lease with the subsequent purchase option, while the rent payment goes towards repayment of the total debt.
The head of local administration of Anzhero-Sudzhensk urban district Alexander Rybalko in cooperation with the “NefteChemService” management team assessed the readiness of the unit today. The first newcomers received ceremonial keys to new apartments. Alexander Rybalko thanked “NefteKhimService” for its energetic participation in the life of the city and presented region awards to the company's headers.
