Today, the Ya-Ya Refinery has commissioned an integrated plant for the processing of directly distilled gasoline fractions UK-1, which will allow the Ya-Ya Refinery to annually produce up to 700 thousand tons of Euro-5 motor gasoline.The quality conformance of output products to the most modern requirements will make the Ya-Ya Refinery one of the significant parts in the oil refining market of the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts.
The project's licensor is the international company UOP Limited, a world leader in the development and implementation of state-of-the-art technologies in oil refining. Lengiproneftekhim, a leading institute in the industry, a developer of designer for the largest oil refineries., carried out the design.
The construction investment of the second stage of the Ya-Ya Refinery amounted to 30 billion rubles. The total investment amount in the project by 2021 is 54 billion rubles.
Alfa-Bank provided a loan of 30 billion rubles to “NefteChemService”. Funding is allocated within the fixed limit of 55 billion rubles until 2026.The funds attracted were used for the the second stage construction of the Ya-Ya Refinery, as well as for outstanding loans debt of JSC “NefteChemService”.
About the project:
The Ya-Ya Refinery of the fuel profile began operating in 2013, when the crude unit was launched (license No. BX-00-015620 dated 22/09/2015 issued by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision).
The volume of the Refining output is 3,300 thousand tons per year with 8,760 working hours. The plant is located in the Yaya Вistrict of the Kemerovo Кegion, in close proximity to the oil-trunk pipeline and the main Trans-Siberian railway. Products are sold both in the Russian Federation (Siberian Federal District, Far Eastern Federal District) and in the CIS countries, the Baltic States, the Netherlands, Germany, China, Korea and Japan, etc.
In 2018, an atmospheric residue vacuum distillation section was commissioned with an estimated capacity of 1,600 thousand tons / year. The oil refining efficiency at this stage is 76%.
